At MillyFynds, we know how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time. That’s why we’ve built a shipping process that’s reliable, flexible, and designed around your convenience.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Options (India):

• Free Tracked Shipping – Delivered in 7–14 business days. 
• Express Fast Shipping – Delivered in 3–7 business days for a flat fee of ₹79.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when your order arrives. Available with Free or Express shipping for an additional ₹99.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow it from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please note that delivery may take a little longer during holidays, peak demand, or unforeseen disruptions if that happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Return & Refund Policy

We’re here to make sure you feel confident when you shop with us. While most of our customers are thrilled with their purchase, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

When Can You Return a Product?

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

What Are the Conditions?

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  
• We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or not as described.
• Return requests due to change of mind or personal dislike are not accepted.
  
  

How to Request a Return

Email us at hi@millyfynds.in with:

• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Photos showing the problem

Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the return steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
